About YourCaseStatus
Short answer
YourCaseStatus is a private company building an AI app to track immigration cases. This site is the first part: it explains public USCIS and Department of Labor data, with every figure dated and linked to its source.

What we are building
The YourCaseStatus app is in development. It will let people follow their immigration cases in one place and send an alert when a status changes.
Until it launches, this website answers the two questions people search for most: how long each form takes right now, and what each case status message means.
Where the data comes from
- Only public .gov sources. USCIS publishes data files on uscis.gov, and the Department of Labor publishes PERM processing times on flag.dol.gov.
- Every figure is dated and linked. Each page says which period a number covers and links the file it came from.
- Rules, steps and fees are not restated. When one matters, we link the official uscis.gov, dol.gov or state.gov page instead.
- Office-by-office times stay on uscis.gov. We link to them instead of copying them.
The site has no accounts and no forms, so it holds no information about your case.
What we are not
YourCaseStatus is not a law firm and is not part of the U.S. government. Nothing on this site is legal advice. For your own case, use the official case status page or talk to a licensed attorney or an accredited representative.
Who runs the site
YourCaseStatus is operated by West Avenue Trade LLC, a private company in Florida.
